We will be running a 6 week iRest® course starting Sunday November 3rd 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm*(Note – Sunday 10th November will be 7.30-9.00 pm and there will be no session Sunday 24th November and so the course will run until Sunday 15th December)
All sessions will be recorded so available to listen to if you miss any.
From managing stress and difficult emotions to experiencing more fully the beauty of life, meditation offers a simple, powerful, and timeless practice for feeling fully alive and at peace in the world.
For beginners or those wanting to take their meditation further, this course invites you to go deeper in your exploration of meditation and bring the insights you gain into your everyday life. Each week will focus on a different theme of the iRest® process and engage in a full practice. There will also be time to discuss particular experiences, questions and challenges.
Week 1 – Body sensing and the Inner Resource
Week 2 – The Breath, Setting Intentions and HeartFelt Desire
Week 3 – Working with Feelings and Emotions
Week 4 – Working with Thoughts and Beliefs
Week 5 – Cultivating Joy
Week 6 – From Witnessing to Awareness
Included with the course will be a workbook, a recording of each weekly practice and a 1 hour one-to-one co-meditation session with Rebecca or Will as an opportunity to explore your practice in more depth (this can take place during the course or within 6 weeks of the course finishing).
