The mind and body are our most precious and valuable resources, through which we experience every moment of our lives. So we need to look after them.
How well are you looking after yours? Take some time for yourself.
We will look at how we can nurture the body and mind in order to feel more mindful, relaxed, less stressed, calm and more aware.
10-11am- Introduction and mindful meditation with Janette
11-12am- Mindful movements -Pilates with Janet Butler (all levels)
12-12.45pm-Lunch (please let me know of any dietary requirements)
12.45-1.45pm-Mindful movements -Tai Chi with Nicky Beardsworth
1.45-2.30pm- Relaxation/Meditation with Janette

Mats, pillows and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort, or you can do the sessions seated. Please let me know if you will be doing the sessions seated.
