In this workshop, we will explore how playing with our sense of the passage of time can transform our foundations, from our feet, to our posture and our breathing. We will open a space where creative change can occur, even in our most habitual ways of being. In Yoga philosophy, there is a deep link between the quality of the breath and our inner experience. In the afternoon, we will explore this link further with movement, posture, breath meditation and mantra (healing use of sound).
