Pam Knight

Pam is a qualified Level 2 and 3 fitness instructor. She teaches Body Balance (Less Mills TM), Neuro Rehab, Orthopaedic Rehab, Functional Training, Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Core Stability. But her real passion lies in Pilates , where she is Level 3 qualified in Modern Pilates but also in Small Mat Equipment Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions. This is where she sees the biggest changes in people’s physical and mental wellbeing.
