My name is Sue Denerley. I have been a Holistic Therapist for 20 years and a yoga teacher for 12 years. I specialise in working with people with life challenges. Gentle yoga suitable for anyone with a physical restriction and can be practised from a chair or the floor. Gentle yoga also suitable for anyone who has a busy mind and wants to slow down, anxiety and depression. It is a slow mindful class with a focus on the breath and general mobility.
