New!!! Parents & Baby/Toddler Yoga with Christina on Mondays

Hello everyone! 

My name is Christina and I will be guiding you through your Yoga and Wellbeing course for you and your baby/toddler! I have been in the health & fitness industry for over ten years and I have been teaching Yoga for over 5 years. Last year (2019) I became a mum so bringing my passion of parenting, yoga and everything wellbeing together is something I’m really excited for. I’m a qualified Parent & baby Yoga teacher and I’m also Ante & Post Natal qualified in fitness training too; I will be here to support you in every way possible!

Parent & Baby Yoga 0 – 9 months. 

£40 for the 6 week course.

Monday 9th November – Monday 14th December. 

12.30 – 13.30 pm. 

Take this opportunity to step away from your daily routine and focus on yourself and your baby in a positive, healthy and beautiful way! Your Parent & baby Yoga class will providespecial bonding time for you and your baby in a fun, safe and nurturing environment whilst helping YOU to physically connect back into your own mind body and soul! During the session you can expect to find a combination of yoga,movement, rhyme and massage and each week we will focus on a different theme, keeping both parents & babies actively engaged! The session itself will be 45 minutes with a chance to chat and play towards the end.

Parent & Toddler Yoga 10 months – 2 years. 

Monday 9th November – Monday 14th December. 

14.00 – 15.00 pm.

£40 for the 6 week course.

Take this opportunity to step away from your daily routine and enjoy time together in a positive, healthy, active and beautiful way! Your Parent & toddler Yoga class will provide special bonding and development time for you and your toddler in a fun, safe and nurturing environment whilst helping YOU to focus on your wellbeing too! During the session you can expect to find combination of Yoga,movement, rhythm, rhyme, play and massage and each week we will focus on a different theme, keeping both parents & toddlers actively engaged! The session itself will be 45 minutes with a chance to chat and play towards the end.
