Following from their June workshop and retreat at Mandala Ashram, Rebecca & Will will teach a combination of flowing physical sequences (asana), breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation (Yoga Nidra) designed to bring deep release and relaxation and a sweet return to what most matters to us in life.
This workshop will be a chance to explore, at a leisurely pace, a fully authentic yoga practice and to go deeper into Yoga Nidra – an ancient practice designed to reveal to us the expansive consciousness of which we are a part but don’t always wake up to.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone, whether or not you have a regular yoga practice. It is an opportunity for experienced yogi(nis) to deepen your practice and for beginners to have an immersion into a beautiful yoga experience.
