The classes are structured for all levels, we will build energy and heat moving through different Asanas (Poses) using breathing techniques (Pranayama) discovering the benefits that Yoga can bring into our lives and bodies.
Slight challenges in our bodies will bring self confidence to the mind and improve our neuronal connections and overall health. There’s never been a better time to start practicing!
