My name is Christina and I will be guiding you through your Yoga and Wellbeing course for you and your baby. I have been in the health & fitness industry for over ten years and I have been teaching Yoga for over 5 years. I have taught both Yoga and all styles of fitness classes in both the UK and in over 10 different countries but I am now back to my home town of Lancaster and enjoying our lovely community. In 2019 I became a first time mum so bringing my passion of parenting, yoga and everything wellbeing together is something I’m really excited for. I’m a qualified Parent & baby Yoga teacher and I’m also Ante & Post Natal qualified in fitness training too; I will be here to support you in every way possible!
