Hello, I’m Abi! 

I am a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, offering slower-paced practices that emphasise mindful movement and breath awareness. My teaching style is both playful and intentional, encouraging you to explore yoga through curiosity and presence. I love to incorporate breathwork and meditation into my classes to foster a deeper mind-body connection, and by creating a welcoming environment I offer a supportive space for you to grow in your practice.

Start your Sunday with a steady, mindful flow designed to help you relax and recharge. We’ll explore traditional yoga poses with a playful approach to discovering what feels good in your body. This class focuses on connecting with your breath and moving with awareness. Leave feeling calm, refreshed, and ready to move into the week ahead.
