  • Monthly Sound Bath with Janet Holt

    27th March 19.45-20.45

    A soundbath for relaxation is purely for you to come along and do absolutely nothing for an hour apart from getting comfy and closing down you’re eyes.. Bring whatever you need to be as comfy as you can and then listen to the soothing, relaxing sounds of the instruments and be gently reawakened by the therapeutic percussion. Mats, blankets and eye pillows are all provided.

    A soundbath for reflection is to be guided and works on a specific situation, emotion, pain or anything that is holding you back from being your true self. Again you’ll be listening to the relaxing tones of the instruments whilst reflecting upon yourself.

    The new moon symbolises fresh starts, new beginnings and potential for growth and transformations.

    This is a powerful time to harness the energy of the moon to manifest intentions and desires.

  • Spring Wellbeing Retreat with Christina

    30th March 17.00-18.00

    Spring - there’s a change in the air, a change in energy and nature around us. It’s a beautiful uplifting change and that change can be found within us too. Now is the time to spring forwards…so I have created a beautiful Sunday retreat filled with so much goodness. I really hope you can join me.

    What will we do?!

    We will begin with an awakening, renewing Yoga flow with lots of somatic movements and twists that will help bring lightness and energy through the entire body.

    Following this we will have a super smoothie and move through some energising practises together that can be brought into your every day life. Little instant pick me ups or even calm me downs when needed! 

    Your energy will already start to feel transformed!

    Lunch is served! Let’s enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch together provided by the wonderful Paul. 

    To finish, we will gently come to stillness through a Yin Yoga practise where we explore Spring and the Wood element through Traditional Chinese Medicine and attune to the rhythm of nature. 

    We will finish with journaling a little and writing a sankalpa to assist with an opportunity of transformation and change you wish to see within you, for you!

  • Spring Awakening and Social with Helen Olivia

    Join Helen Olivia for a joyful day of connection, inspiring seasonal yoga, nature and community. 

    The day is inspired towards a fresh new season and bringing women together. 

    11am - Forest bathing. Walk the woods and river together, immerse in the healing nature of new seasons energies, the birdsong, spring flowers and canopy of trees.  A moment of connection, a space to share your visions as the season shifts. 

    1pm - 3pm 

    2 hr Yang - Yin masterclass. 

    Helen will guide you through a practice that will energetically target the organs and meridians (energy lines)  most susceptible and supportive for your health in the season of Spring - your Liver and gallbladder. The organs responsible for coherent steady emotions, dreaming, visioning and your inner warrior archetype energy. Expect lots of juicy hips and twists, joyful curiosity with a playful approach. Tap into your unlimited potential, and close with softness and easefulness, allowing the energetic seeds you’ve planted to settle for their cosmic germination.

    This masterclass will inspire you to harness the fresh new energies of the season. Unravel what is getting in your way and feel that sense of forward direction towards what’s possible for you - illuminate your dreams.

    Helen is passionate about bringing women together, to share what is alive, your passion projects or small business ventures. This will be an opportunity to be nourished after a practice physically, but also energetically and emotionally through community and connection. Come simply for the nourishment and the connection, but you are also most welcome to bring / share / sell your passion projects, sidelines, new ventures - we would love to support you.

    She can't let Easter pass by without the Sleeping Bunny song and a chance for our little ones to enjoy some Yoga in The River Room too! In this session we will Move, Bounce, Connect, Create, Breathe and Relax together. It's such a lovely and unique experience for toddlers and Christina loves that as parents can join in too if you wish to or sit and enjoy watching what they bring to the space - being toddlers, we never know what that may be!!

  • Restorative Yoga with Annie Neat

    Restorative Yoga is designed to support us to settle into our parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest part of our nervous system). This not only helps us to relax and destress but also can support us with connection to ourselves and others.

    So what is it?
    We hold simple, yet familiar, yoga poses for extended period of times. These yoga poses are supported by loads of props so that your body can slowly release into the poses. We are gently opening up the fascia (connective tissue) in the body which can support our physical and emotional wellness. This workshop really is suitable for everybody! We can work with injuries, illnesses and vulnerabilities you may be managing.

    Supported with hands on assist, breathing techniques and verbal cues it really is the most nourishing two hours.
