  • Spring Awakening Workshop with Christina

    7th April 12-2.30pm

I am so passionate about Spring and the change in energy that can be found within us as much as it is found around us in nature, so I have created a beautiful workshop filled with so much goodness and I really hope you can join me.

    Price: £22

    Refreshments and journaling materials provided

We will begin with an awakening, renewing Yoga flow with lots of somatic movements and twists that will help bring lightness and energy through the entire body. Following this we will wind down and relax with some bolster love to also tune into what you need to let go of within you.

Your energy will already start to feel transformed!

After a yummy refreshment and perhaps a little wander outside if the weather is nice, we will come back to the studio and practise a few engaging energising practises that can even be brought into your every day life for instant pick me ups or even calm me downs when needed!

To finish, we will gently come to stillness by journaling a little and writing an intention - a sankalpa, to assist with an opportunity of transformation and change you wish to see within you, for you!

  • Yoga Immersion with Sonia Welch

    5th May 2-4pm

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life? Do you long for a moment of peace and tranquility?

In today's fast-paced and competitive world, many people feel the pressure to work hard, achieve more, and keep up with the demands of their personal and professional lives.

However, this can come at a cost to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. That is why it is important to stop and rest from time to time, and enjoy the benefits of relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the main reasons that I created More Breathing Space was to share the message that rest isn't something that necessarily happens when we simply stop doing. More breathing space is something that needs to be created, nourished and then maintained.

    What to Expect:

In these 2-hour immersive sessions, you’ll experience various practices that create a holistic experience that nurtures your body, mind, and soul. You can expect a different mix of the things below in each immersion.

Yoga and Movement: Explore gentle yoga postures and mindful movement sequences. These will help release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.

Ayurveda Insights: Discover ancient Ayurvedic wisdom tailored to modern living that help to balance your dosha, optimize digestion, and promote vitality.

Self-Massage Techniques: Unwind with self-massage techniques that soothe tired muscles, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

Breathwork: Dive into conscious breathing practices. Discover how specific breath techniques can calm your mind, reduce stress, and boost energy levels.

Nervous System Regulation: Understand the science behind nervous system regulation. Learn practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
