Join Rachel for a very special day of transformational yoga, inspirational workshops, delicious plant based food, guest facilitators, sound journeys and a flippin’ fantastic community!
Our day will look something like this :
11:30-12:00 / Breath work with inspirational guest leader Jefferson Cartmell
12:15-1:45 / Yoga and meditation practice with Rachel accompanied by live sound journey from guest dj Luke Bolton
1:45-2:30 / Plant based lunch from our gorgeous friends at The Herbarium
2:30-4:00 / Yin, restorative yoga and relaxation with Rachel accompanied by live sound jouney from guest dj Luke Bolton
4:00-4:30 / Herbal tea and sweet treat to energise before home :)

Learn what somatic movement practice is, and how to resource yourself through body-focused sensory awareness.
These workshops offer time to support and nourish our bodies through movement, breath, and imagination connecting us to our surroundings and the feeling of ourselves.
Workshops will involve some touch (skills will be taught), and reflection through artwork. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Monthly Sound Bath with Janet Holt
28th November 7.45-8.45pm
Join Janet for this months sound bath for relaxation. The sound bath is purely for you to come along and do absolutely nothing for an hour apart from getting comfy and closing down your eyes.
Bring whatever you need to be as comfy as you can and then listen to the soothing, relaxing sounds of the instruments and be gently reawakened by the therapeutic percussion. Mats, blankets and eye pillows are all provided.

Christmas Eve Restorative Yoga Workshop with Annie

Join Annie for the annual Christmas Eve restorative workshop AND her first session back from maternity leave!
Spend 2 hours at the busiest time of year to rest and restore.
In restorative yoga we use the props o hold our bodies in yoga poses that are designed to gently open the body, release tension/stress, boost the immune system and nurture your nervous system.
This workshop is suitable for every-body and with include relaxing breathwork and hands on support.
A truly nourishing way to find pause in the festive season and to get you ready for Christmas Day.
