Hello, I’m Christina from Christina’s Everything Wellbeing.
I live in Heysham with my family. I have a toddler and a baby boy and they really are my world!
I absolutely love Yoga and I teach all ages from babies and toddlers through to adults and seniors. I have been teaching in the health & fitness industry for over 13 years as a personal trainer, fitness and dance instructor and I have taught in over 10 different countries but there’s nothing quite like teaching here at home and building a positive happy and healthy local community.
I’m generally found smiling; my mum says I was born smiling! I think it’s just my nature but I really do love to share the smiles and bring kindness and happiness wherever I go.

Smooth Vinyasa Yoga Flow (Starting 7th November)
By Thursday evening, you might be feeling a little tense, tired and out of balance so let's join together to smoothly and slowly flow through Yoga postures in a gentle yet strong and balanced way, helping you to decompress from your day and move into what truly matters - YOU!
With beautiful music, use of breath and mindful movement all working harmoniously, this practice will help you to relax and unwind whilst empowering you as you leave the studio with a much greater feeling of self awareness, self fulfilment and a beautiful feeling of calm. We will always take time to slow down, arrive inwards and mobilise before we slowly flow and we will always end in a restful savasana. Each and every class is themed, mostly in line with the seasons or key words and it will vary each week. From years of experience, each class will be made to accomodate everybody.
Arrive as you are and leave feeling better than that! I hope to see you on the mat.
*Please note there will be no Thursday evening class on the very last Thursday of each month but there is an opportunity to bathe in sound instead!

Mum & Baby Yoga:
In Mum & Baby Yoga you can enjoy some quality bonding time with your baby, enjoy a little self care and share a calm and positive space with other parents and babies. The sessions include a range of activities that support your wellbeing and will make you smile. You can expect to enjoy Yoga for YOU, Yoga for baby, Yoga together! Rhymes, Movement, Massage, Gratitude, Positivity, Playtime and chat!!

Yoga for busy people:
When life gets busy - we get stressed and when we’re stressed that can easily have a detrimental impact on other areas in our life. This yoga flow class will guide you through a steady flow of yoga postures designed to help you decompress from the day and fill your cup with a greater sense of well-being. If you’re a parent or have a busy life with work and other commitments - I urge you to give yourself this hour and see how it can restore you in mind, body and soul.
This class is for beginner-intermediate level.

Gentle Yoga:
Gentle Yoga is a truly special class that really gives you time to refresh, restore and recharge. It feels such a huge privilege to be in this beautiful space on a Friday morning where you can hear the birds chirping away outside and feel a sense of light and space around you and within you. Yoga postures designed to truly stretch and release the entire body, bring peace to mind and a loving inward presence and connection.
It really is the perfect opportunity to tune into you, stretch out from head to toe and feel revitalised. Beginners are warmly welcomed alongside seasoned practitioners.
