Helen’s teachings offer a continual opportunity for a homecoming. Seasonally inspired, guided by nature and its intrinsic link to our emotional, energetic and physical needs, through eastern philosophy and wisdom. Helen leads through the subtle body anatomy, (your energy) to help move through the emotional waves of life’s highs and lows, so every time you come to your mat, you are returning to coherence, with curiosity, insight and compassion. 

As an experienced Yoga Alliance teacher -E-RYT 500, Helen naturally creates a welcoming, safe and nurturing space. 

Helens offerings range from Yin with a strong subtle body anatomy influence, soulful Seasonal Vinyasa to eclectic beats, Meditation, Pranayama and Restorative yoga. Touching on the spiritual, nurturing, and encouraging curiosity always, this depth is often balanced with spontaneous lighthearted humour and a sense of playfulness.

Helens greatest motivation is for you, her student, to feel beyond the asana, (postures) collapse the inner stories, expand into the infinite possibilities of your own uniqueness. Leave feeling encouraged, inspired and empowered.

Flow & Restore’ 
Harmonise body and mind in this balancing combination of both active / yang and passive / yin qualities of the practice. We will gently build heat with seasonal inspired fluid vinyasa to encourage strength and flexibility. Slowing down to a floor based practice working with the deeper layers of fascia to improve joint health and mobility. This practice is seasonally inspired to work with the 5 Element organ systems which are most susceptible by nature within the season, supporting a deep release to clear stagnancy, energetic or emotional blockages. Helen will include breathwork, meditation, essential oils and the all important sweet Savasana to release accumulated tension. 

This class is suitable for beyond-beginners.
