My name is Janet and I come from a musical background. Sound and music has always and still is a big part of my life and about 30 years ago I became interested in complementary therapies, natural health and yoga and it’s through yoga that I discovered the wonderful sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls.

From there I found other beautiful instruments and then trained with the BRITISH academy of Sound Therapy in group sound therapy. I host soundbaths for relaxation and also reflection, playing the Himalayan singing bowls, the Earth gong, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion.

Monthly Soundbath
A soundbath for relaxation is purely for you to come along and do absolutely nothing for an hour apart from getting comfy and closing down you’re eyes.. Bring whatever you need to be as comfy as you can and then listen to the soothing, relaxing sounds of the instruments and be gently reawakened by the therapeutic percussion. Mats, blankets and eye pillows are all provided.

A soundbath for reflection is to be guided and works on a specific situation, emotion, pain or anything that is holding you back from being your true self. Again you’ll be listening to the relaxing tones of the instruments whilst reflecting upon yourself.

Sound baths take place the last Thursday of the month

Mindful Meditation and Soundbath
Every other Thursday i'll be offering a lunchtime relaxation hour, designed to take time for yourself to stop, rest and revive before heading back out into the world. There will include a guided mindfulness meditation or yoga nidra and a soundbath. I'll gently guide you into a place of peace and deep relaxation then slowly bring you back into your space through therapeutic percussion. You'll leave feeling rested, calm and renewed.
