I'm a freelance yoga teacher who believes that yoga is one of the best contributions to maintaining healthy lifestyle.

 With years of experience in the practice of yoga, I have developed a unique style that combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques.

I teach various styles of yoga – vinyasa flow, hatha and yin. All of my classes are designed with care to make sure they are fun and accessible to all.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals through yoga, breathwork and meditation.

Lunchtime Vinyasa Flow
A wonderful way to start the week. The class begins with some grounding breathwork and intention setting, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body. You'll then be guided through a fluid and uplifting sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances.

A beautiful harmonisation of movement, breath and music designed to make you make you feel amazing, inside, and out. This class is suitable to all levels.

 Mondays 12.30-1.30pm
£10 per class 
£50 for 6 classes 

'Student discount available! You will need to provide proof of a valid student card. £8 a class or £40 for 6 classes'
