I teach various styles of yoga – vinyasa flow, hatha and yin. All of my classes are designed with care to make sure they are fun and accessible to all.

Mindful Hatha Flow
A wonderful way to start the week. The class begins with some calming breathwork and meditation, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body. You’ll then be guided through a grounding and enriching sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances.
In Hatha we hold postures for a little longer and flow a little slower, bringing mindfulness to the movement.
With soulful music playing in the background. This class is designed to make you make you feel amazing, inside, and out.
This class is suitable to all levels.
Mondays 12:30-1:30pm

Seasonal Vinyasa Flow (Starting 22nd October)
The class begins with some grounding breathwork and intention setting, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body. You’ll then be guided through a fluid and dynamic sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances.
The sequence is mindfully synchronised with the energies and elements of nature and the season, connecting us to the natural world. A beautiful harmonisation of movement, breath and uplifting music designed to make you make you feel amazing, inside, and out.
This class is suitable for intermediate yogis.
Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm
