Justine teaches high tempo fitness Pilates for sports performance with the aim to increase power, core strength and stability through the joints, improve coordination, mobility and flexibility and reduce injury risk. Anyone is welcome but booking is essential.
She also offers a more gentle Pilates class catering for new mums, pregnant ladies and those who would prefer a slower paced class.
