Hello there, I’m Molly and I’m so pleased to be sharing my practice here at The River Room.
Yoga has been a part of my life in one way or another since I began attending classes as a child. I’ve always used it as a way to deeply connect to myself and I’m filled with gratitude to have it in my life - and now, I get to share that with you!
Having completed the yoga teacher training in India and then continuing my training in yin yoga and womb intuition, I have journeyed towards a style of teaching that combines both yin and yang yoga.
I love practicing yoga, and I look forward to sharing it with you!

Yin and Yang Yoga
So, what are you getting yourself in for?
My classes begin with a grounding meditation that sets the intention for the class -this is often subtly inspired by seasonal changes around us. We will then explore a breathing exercise before or after our yin practice. Yin poses will be held for a few minutes to work with deep tissue networks. We’ll then begin to invite movement by tapping into our yang energy - inviting heat and strength throughout the body.
Following this, we will bring our energy back down - full circle - to a final relaxation that absorbs the intention of the class. Poses can be adapted to suit you - this is your body and your journey.
