Hi, my name’s Tash – a Pilates instructor with a passion for sports, health and exercise!

I am committed and passionate about the benefits of Pilates and I am very proud to follow in the footsteps of my mum, Janet Butler, who has been my mentor for over 5 years.

I initially expressed an interest in Pilates after picking up a back injury and, after joining my mum’s classes, I was amazed at the improvement in my injury, as well as my overall health and wellbeing! I subsequently developed a love for Pilates and eventually obtained my qualification in Level 3 Rehab and Performance Pilates.

Outside of Pilates, I am a P.E. teacher and spend a lot of my free time outdoors enjoying nature!

Modern clinical Pilates offers a system of safe, effective, and specific exercises that are adapted to suit the individual. My sessions aim to strengthen muscles whilst improving balance, mobility stability, and bone density. My teaching is focused on improving your ability to perform everyday movements.

Pilates is suitable for everyone, whether you have a history of illness or injury or simply wish to improve your fitness. You will be encouraged to progress gradually through the different levels of exercises at your own pace.
