My name is Sue Denerley. I have been a Holistic Therapist for 20 years and a yoga teacher for 12 years. I specialise in working with people with life challenges. Gentle yoga suitable for anyone with a physical restriction and can be practised from a chair or the floor. Gentle yoga also suitable for anyone who has a busy mind and wants to slow down, anxiety and depression. It is a slow mindful class with a focus on the breath and general mobility.

Seasonal Flow: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12.30 to 2.00pm.

Wednesday is Level 2 Seasonal Vinyasa Flow – working with the energies and elements of the season.  This class is suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness.  Previous experience of Yoga not necessary

Thursday is Level 1 Seasonal Vinyasa Flow – this class is suitable for anyone with any level of fitness or ability.  The practice can also be done from a chair and postures can be adapted to suit individual requirements
