This session runs on the first and third Thursday of the month. a lunchtime relaxation hour, designed to take time for yourself to stop, rest and revive before heading back out into the world. For more information click here.
6-7pm Pilates with Natasha Butler
Modern clinical Pilates offers a system of safe, effective, and specific exercises that are adapted to suit the individual. My sessions aim to strengthen muscles whilst improving balance, mobility stability, and bone density. My teaching is focused on improving your ability to perform everyday movements. click here
7.30-8.30 Smooth Vinyasa Flow with Christina Elazab
With beautiful music, use of breath and mindful movement all working harmoniously, this practice will help you to relax and unwind whilst empowering you as you leave the studio with a much greater feeling of self awareness, self fulfilment and a beautiful feeling of calm.
