12.30-1.30pm Lunchtime vinyasa with Jenna Taylor
A wonderful way to start the week. The class begins with some grounding breathwork and intention setting, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body. You'll then be guided through a fluid and uplifting sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances. For more information click here.

6.00-7.00pm Pilates with Justine Jarvis
Justine teaches high tempo fitness Pilates for sports performance with the aim to increase power, core strength and stability through the joints, improve coordination, mobility and flexibility and reduce injury risk. Anyone is welcome but booking is essential. For more information click here
